Patient Advocate

Emma is our Patient Advocate at our Cheltenham and Bishops Cleeve clinics. Having previous experience in client care roles, as well as a background in dentistry, she is able to provide support to both patients and our team here at Confident - helping to offer a seamless experience for all involved.

She is passionate about ensuring optimal patient care & satisfaction and believes in the importance of building strong relationships with patients, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions about their oral health. With a warm and caring approach, she aims to make each patient's new smile journey as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, Emma is a keen cake maker and is known for creating delectable treats that bring smiles to the faces of her family & friends. Her enthusiasm for both patient care and baking reflect in her commitment to enhancing the well-being of those around her.
