We prioritize engaging, developing, and caring for our team members. Confident Dental proudly earned recognition as the first-ever Investors in People dental practice in 1992 and has maintained this distinction for over three decades.

Environment:

We are committed to reducing plastic usage by replacing items like paper cups and straws with eco-friendly alternatives such as glassware and bamboo straws. Additionally, we opt for refillable glass hand soap bottles and locally sourced materials whenever feasible.

Our dedication to recycling extends to office and non-clinical waste, including plastic toothbrushes. We also focus on minimizing energy consumption by powering down machines when not in use and opt for fairly traded refreshments and supplies, such as Bramley hand soaps.

Sustainability is a key focus, and we actively seek out recycled or sustainably sourced products like tissues, paper, and bioplastic toothbrushes. Furthermore, we explore renewable energy options to power our facilities.

Community:

We believe in giving back and engaging with our community to make a positive impact. This includes volunteering with organizations like BrushUpUK and Bridge2Aid, as well as making charitable contributions to causes like Winston’s Wish.

We also support local schools through initiatives like work experience programs and our “Next Generation Project,” fostering opportunities for students to explore careers in dentistry.

Collaboration with local business partners is another way we contribute to our community, prioritizing partnerships that promote mutual growth and prosperity.
