Dr Armineh is a Specialist Endodontist at Confident Dental and Implant Clinic, working in Stroud. She completed her specialist training in Endodontics at the Eastman Dental Hospital in London. At the Eastman, she completed three years of full time training in MClinDent (Endo) and specialist Endodontology. She successfully passed her specialist examinations with the royal college of surgeons of Edinburgh.
Dr Arzandeh works at Confident Dental & Implant Clinic, Stroud, with the benefit of cone beam CT scanning and a Zeiss operating microscope to optimise treatment success. She is happy to accept any endodontic and restorative referrals with any level of complexity. She is also willing to assist with specialist opinion and advice. The treatments provided will always be with communication and permission of the referring dentist.
Saving your natural teeth is always the preferred option. Endodontics or root canal treatment is necessary when the blood and nerve supply of the tooth is infected through decay or injury. This can lead to dental pain, infection and swelling. Endodontic treatment removes the infected nerve tissue therefore disinfecting this area of the tooth and preventing future problems.
Dr Arzandeh offers a comprehensive Endodontist referral service for adults and children including re-treatment of failing existing root filings, remedial work (retrieval of separated instruments or posts) and surgical endodontic procedures (apicectomy).
She lives in Bristol with her husband and looks forward to helping our patients and those referred to her.
