New patients – your initial visit to us

Clear communication, trust and confidence are the foundation of every relationship we have with our patients, and this starts from your very first appointment.

As a new patient, your first visit will involve an hour long appointment with one of our general dentists, they will take the time to talk with you about your previous dental experiences, your treatment requirements and goals. They will perform a complete mouth check, and oral cancer check and take any necessary X-rays. The dentist will have a clear discussion with you of their findings and recommendations for your future treatment. You will then be given a personal plan outlining any treatment that has been discussed and a breakdown of costs. We understand this can be a lot of information to take in, you may want to go away and consider your options in detail. If you have any questions our Patient Care Coordinators or on hand to answer them for you.
