Patient Advisor

Steph is our Patient Advisor in Bishops Cleeve. Steph joined the Confident team after having spent a decade progressing in the Spa and Aesthetics industry.

Strongly believing in the importance of a first impression, Steph effortlessly builds a wonderful rapport with our patients as they each start their journey of care with us. She loves to be that initial point of contact, creating a positive experience for others.

With a passion for wellness and self-care both inside and outside of work, when she’s not behind the desk, Steph can often be found enjoying time in the countryside with her family, her soon-to-be-husband and their dog Beaux. Steph loves the simple things in life, home interiors, spending time with her best friends; soaking up the sunshine on holiday, relaxing at the spa and indulging in spa treatments.
