Patient Advisor
Jada is one of our Patient Advisors in Stroud.
Having joined Confident with a background in travel, Jada has brought her a wealth of experience in delivering excellent customer service, helping her to provide our patients with quality care from start to finish, all the while offering a big smile. Despite being part of our team here, Jada can be a bit of a nervous patient herself, once she’s in the hot seat, so she is very empathetic of our more anxious patients. A big part of her journey in growing more confident sitting in the dental chair is helping our patients with their own journeys too.
When not at our front desk, Jada loves to delve into the pages of a gripping book or pass the time playing with her two cats. Another big part of her life outside of work is dedicated to her daughter and Jada enjoys the balance of enjoying life’s simple pleasures with her family as well as getting away to explore and travel again when she can.
